The ground gloor of this two-storied building is a fully equipped alms hall (Dana Sala) - A hall for the partaking of alms, by the bhikkhu The upper floor accommodates a well stocked library for use by the students of Jayasumanarama pirivena & Jayasumana Dhamma School. It is also open to the members of public of the area who wish to avail of the facilities there.
