This two storied building was constructed after the tsunami tragedy of 2004. Its ground floor is dedicated to the memory of late Venerable Narada Thera and known as "Narada Samapuraya" . It has been built to accommodate public social events. The upper floor consists of residential or loading facilities for the pilgrims, a computer training center and the primary schoollibrary.
